At GreenPan, we want you to love your healthy ceramic non-stick cookware; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked correctly.
Pack Your Cookware
Securely place your unused items in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.
Receive Your Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
