What makes GreenPan cookware different from traditional non-stick pans?
GreenPan uses Thermolon, a ceramic non-stick coating derived from sand. Unlike traditional coatings, it is free of PFAS, PFOA, lead, and cadmium, ensuring no toxic fumes are released even if the pan is accidentally overheated.
Is GreenPan cookware dishwasher safe?
While many of our collections are dishwasher safe, we recommend hand washing with a soft sponge and soapy water to maintain the integrity of the ceramic non-stick coating for as long as possible.
Can I use metal utensils with my ceramic pans?
To extend the life of your cookware, we recommend using silicone, wood, or nylon utensils. While some of our advanced collections are metal-utensil safe, avoiding sharp edges prevents accidental scratches.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for products purchased directly from our website. Items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. Shipping times vary by location, but most orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
What heat settings should I use for best results?
Ceramic non-stick is highly efficient at heat conduction. We recommend using low to medium heat. High heat can lead to carbonization of food oils on the surface, which may diminish the non-stick properties over time.
